The machine features an aluminium pusher plate with a loop-shaped stainless steel handle and a tube feeder with a diameter of 56 mm. The pusher plate incorporates a leverage effect system. The feed cylinder has a capacity of four litres and an inner wall of 55 mm. The cutting tools are manufactured from stainless steel, aluminium and acetal and are 185 mm in diameter. They feature removable knives and plates. The motor rotates the cutting blade in a clockwise direction and directs it without the use of intermediate belts.
