The bowl has a capacity of 3 litres and is equipped with a scraper system comprising three scrapers. The knives for the bowl cutter are serrated. The machine base and the knife chamber are made of ABS plastic. The machine is controlled via a turning knob, eliminating the need for buttons. The cutting tools are made of stainless steel, 185 mm in diameter and can be washed in a dishwasher. The motor rotates the cutting blade clockwise via a self-tensioned toothed belt.
