This table-top machine has a leaning design and a half-moon feed cylinder. It is designed to process 5 kg/minute or 20-400 portions/day. The machine features an acetal pusher plate and a tube feeder with a diameter of 56 mm. The feed cylinder has a capacity of 1.65 litres. The cutting tools are manufactured from stainless steel, aluminium and acetal and are equipped with removable knives and plates. They have a diameter of 185 mm. The motor rotates the cutting blade in a clockwise direction and directs the cutting action without the use of intermediate belts.
